Nancy Fulton & Mark Mazur founded OpenCAD International in 1990. With a diverse background in application development, banking, customer service, technical support, training and technical writing, they were in a position to provide unique services to some of California's most successful firms.
- Mark Mazur has created thousands of web-based applications using C, Java, SQL, MySQL, MSQL, STRUTS, etc. Some of these applications have been used to generate revenue in-house, including OpenCAD's www.Complete-Support.com a database-driven training site hosting thousands of pages for thousands of customers including highschools, tradeschools and universities.
- Mark has also database driven content management solutions supporting thousands of users at multinational companies, code for routing millions of customer calls through commerical call centers, online commerce solutions for a wide variety of businesses, and most recently applications for pumping branded content to mobile phones.
- Mark has launched several hundred commercial websites, building and configuring servers to serve applications, pages and customers at customer sites and at co-location centers with T3 access. He has implemented a wide variety of network security and system backup protocols.
- As a systems analyst, Mark has designed and implemented web based services, specifying the hardware, software, web-based applications, ecommerce solutions and customer service protocols required to establish and sustain profitable business ventures.
- Nancy Fulton has written fourteen books and multimedia training CDs published by commercial publishers and multinational application developers. She has written several thousand technical articles, product reviews and web-based tutorials, many of which can be found online. Her customers have included Que, Advanstar, Autodesk, Questex, Wiley, etc. Many of these publications required scripting for voiceover and animation tracks.
- As a trainer & presenter, Nancy has taught classes for Autodesk, Autodesk Authorized Training Centers, UCLA's Department of Entertainment & Performing Arts, the Art Institute, and has delivered business presentations based on business plans and proposals she has written to some of the largest firms in Los Angeles.

- As a producer, Nancy has released four interrelated documentaries including BACK FROM IRAQ: The US Soldier Speaks.
